Private wellness and performance training. Zurich, Switzerland.
Olthos.ch
Custom WordPress for a discreet coaching practice serving executives and private clients in Zurich and worldwide. Brand, photography direction, and a calm design system came first. Pages stay light until someone engages, so luxury and SEO can coexist.
Client feedback
“I really liked the direction Dimy took with Olthos from the start, a premium, calm, and exclusive feel. When the first homepage felt a bit information-heavy, he suggested reducing the visual weight by hiding the copy until hover, and that was the right call. Brand, design, bilingual ENG/DE, contact form, hosting, domain, and professional email were all handled carefully. Clear communication, patient with details, and always pushing for quality.”

Every project is a scoped plan with named deliverables.
Every engagement starts with a written scope: milestones with predefined tasks and deliverables you can open and approve.
1. Understand the business
Market, audience, sitemap, conversion path. That work decides how the website is structured: how the offer is explained, how content can grow, and where a visitor can enquire, book, or apply.
2. Brand guidelines
Logo, palette, type, photography direction, guidelines. Branding is available as part of the project scope. The deliverable is a full brand guideline, with all files in industry-standard formats.
3. Web design
The latest design tools for wireframes and high-fidelity desktop and mobile. Unique, high-quality results from an AI-powered web designer with 10+ years of design experience.
4. Web development
WordPress websites with custom themes and Gutenberg, plus Elementor Pro, Bricks, or Breakdance depending on the project scope and the target. AI accelerates the development. The build is production-ready.
5. SEO, GEO, security
Titles, schema, Analytics, and Search Console, with page speed tuned for search. llms.txt for GEO so AI systems can discover and cite the site. SSL, firewall, two-factor authentication, antivirus scans, and reCAPTCHA.
6. QA and launch
QA across major browsers, operating systems, and devices. Forms, checkout, and key flows tested before launch. DNS and email handling, go live, and handoff. You own the website and the content.
7. Full support
Managed hosting with a worldwide CDN, uptime monitoring, backups, and updates. The client workspace stays open. The first year of Full Support is typically included with the project.
You own the website, the content, and the code when the project is finished. Self-hosting is available upon request. Full Support is optional and configurable. It gives you peace of mind: a structured workspace and seamless communication after launch.
Your project lives in a private client workspace
Every DimyOsman.com engagement gets a dedicated project space at web.dimyosman.com: a project folder for briefs, brand files, and details, and a board for tasks, subtasks, and milestones.
Upwork contract
All communication, payments, and invoicing stay in the Upwork environment and follow Upwork’s terms and conditions.
DimyOsman.com contract
All communication, invoicing, and secure Stripe payments stay in the workspace and follow the terms and conditions defined on the project.
Conversation, your way
Workspace chat by default. Happy to use Upwork Messages, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, email, or another app you already live in.
Tasks and boards
Shared boards for design, development, content, and launch. You can add a task yourself when something comes up.
Files and resources
Brand files, copy, screenshots, and deliverables in one place. Comments sit next to the file, not in a lost attachment.
Invoices and secure payments
Invoices sit next to the work, not in a separate inbox. Pay by card, PayPal, or bank transfer through Stripe when a phase is ready, or stay on Upwork if that is the contract.
The same workspace login covers the website project and everything after launch: hosting, security, ads, and retainers. You always know where to ask, where the work stands, and what is due.
Your business is unique.
The website should be too.
Let’s launch a website that can
actuallyworkforyou
From a scoped plan to a live website.

1. Planning your digital strategy
We start by understanding what the business needs and crafting a project that delivers exactly that. Scope and milestones are defined up front in the contract. Then we analyze the business, define the market, analyze competitors, and define opportunities. Research and keywords are always included. Sitemap, content types, conversion path, and integrations get locked before design starts.

2. Creating the visuals
If branding is in the project scope, we define logo, palette, type, photography direction, and a full brand guideline, with all files in industry-standard formats. Then wireframes and high-fidelity desktop and mobile in the latest design tools. Brand lives in the file, not guessed in the browser.
Unique, high-quality results from an AI-powered web designer with 10+ years of design experience. One review round per phase, comments on the design.

3. Development and performance
WordPress on staging, with custom themes and Gutenberg, plus Elementor Pro, Bricks, or Breakdance depending on the project scope and the target. AI accelerates the development. HTML, CSS, JS, PHP. Built to stay fast on a real phone.
The build is production-ready. Your team can edit pages without fighting the CMS, and the website is set up to stay fast as content grows.

4. Security and backups
SSL, firewall, 2FA, antivirus scans, and reCAPTCHA. Spam protection that does not punish humans. Scheduled backups on the server and to remote storage, so a bad day is recoverable.
The goal is boring reliability: the website stays locked down after launch, not only on the day we go live.

5. SEO, GEO, measurement, and ads
Titles, schema, Analytics, Search Console, and page speed. Conversion events so you can see what the website is actually doing. llms.txt for AI discovery. Ads when they are in the brief.
This is its own deliverable, not a plugin left on default. It sits in the same project as design and development, so search, measurement, and the pages stay aligned.
6. QA and launch
QA across major browsers, operating systems, and devices, on real phones and desktops. Forms, checkout, booking paths, and key flows are tested before anyone hits publish. Content, tracking, and integrations are checked against the signed scope.
DNS and email handling, go live, and handoff. You own the website and the content. Self-hosting is available upon request.

7. Full support
Managed hosting on dedicated resources with the latest server stack and a worldwide CDN. Uptime monitoring, automated backups on the server and to remote storage, and core plus plugin updates keep the site fast, stable, and secure.
When something needs attention, you reach the person who built the site: 24/7 coverage for urgent issues, named response times, and immediate problem resolution. The client workspace stays open for tasks, files, invoices, and the next round of work.
The first year of Full Support is typically included with the project. After that, choose a yearly plan, a monthly retainer with fixed hours, or custom support tiers tailored to your project. Ongoing maintenance, security patches, ads, and new features can stay on the same scoped relationship.
Questions clients usually ask before we start the project
Do I own the website?
Yes. When the project is finished, ownership and copyright of the website, content, and code transfer to you. WordPress, theme, and accounts are set up so you are not locked to a black box. Licences that cannot transfer are flagged before we start.
How long does a project take?
Proposals usually scope a few weeks to a couple of months of focused work, plus time for your feedback. A five-page marketing website is not the same as a multilingual platform or a membership build. Timeline is part of the first call, and it depends on how fast content and approvals come back.
Can my team edit pages without me?
Yes. Your team can edit pages, change structure, and add new services. Content is easily editable in the visual builder chosen in the project scope. All solutions unlock full website editing, unless the project specifically requests a different approach. Editing sits in two levels: basic content editing, which is simple and anyone can handle, and styling, functionality, and more, which usually need basic to intermediate development knowledge.
Where do we talk and handle invoicing?
On an Upwork contract, communication, payments, and invoicing stay in Upwork and follow Upwork’s terms. On a DimyOsman.com contract, invoicing and Stripe payments (card, PayPal, or bank transfer) stay in the client workspace. Chat is in the workspace by default. Happy to use Upwork Messages, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, email, or another app you already live in.
Do you only build new websites, or do you also do rebuilds and edits?
Mostly new builds. If the current infrastructure is sound, rebuilds are included. Small edits and updates sit on a monthly arrangement. Larger one-off work can be scoped as a project.
What contracts and services do you provide, and at what price points?
Market research, branding, web design, web development, SEO, GEO, ads, security, launch, hosting, and Full Support. Each service is scoped as a one-time project or as a monthly subscription. The minimum project engagement is $500. The minimum monthly engagement is $200.

Hiring Web Talent
AI-Powered Generalists vs. Specialists: Who Should Build Your Business Website?
Some specialists I talk to still prefer to stay in their lane. AI has made the next discipline easier to enter, and that changes who is useful when you hire someone to build a business website.

SEO & AI Search
How Much Does SEO Cost for a Small Business?
Two SEO proposals can promise more visibility and include completely different work. Before you compare the monthly price, check what somebody will actually change on your website.

Google’s September 2026 Spam Update: What Should You Check?
Google is rolling out another spam update, and if your business depends on search traffic, you probably want to know whether you need to change something on your website.

Website Strategy
Your Business Has Outgrown Your Website. What Should Change?
You send a potential client your website, then explain that some projects are old and the services have changed. Someone arriving from a recommendation never hears that explanation.

Website Strategy
Should You Put Prices on Your Website?
The work looks right. Then pricing is a button that says book a call, and you still cannot tell a €500 service from a €5,000 one.

Website Strategy
How long does a business website actually take?
Despite "AI can generate a website in an afternoon", around four weeks is still a useful starting point for a typical business website that actually wants to be successful.

Web Design & Conversion
Why isn’t my website getting leads?
“Should I redesign my website?” is an expensive first question when the enquiries have stopped. The immediate problem is often a form nobody finishes, a phone nobody answers, or advertising that sends the wrong people.

CRM & Business Systems
Do you actually need a CRM for your small business?
You can run a small business with email, a spreadsheet and a calendar. If you are starting out, that might be enough. I would not add another subscription just because somebody says every business needs a CRM.

Website Strategy
Website Builder vs Web Developer: What Should a Business Choose?
You need a website. A builder looks easy enough that a developer quote can feel unnecessary, and it is fair to ask how much of that work you could just do yourself.

WordPress & Development
Is WordPress Still Good for Small Business in 2026?
I keep seeing variations of WordPress is dead next to demos of something newer and supposedly easier. Some of that criticism is fair. Age alone still tells you very little.

AI Websites Are Dividing Business Owners Into Three Groups
AI has convinced some business owners that a successful website is now one prompt away. Describe your business, choose something that looks good, and wait for customers.

Buying an AI Website Tool Does Not Replace Expertise, Whatever They Tell You
I use AI extensively in development. I also know how confidently it can build something that makes no sense when nobody with experience is directing it.
